| Neil has
an impressive history as a manager and leader within the
public and corporate sector for obtaining results on time
and within budget. He is recognised internationally for

In the 1980s in a ground breaking move
he was instrumental in introducing neuro-linguistic
programming (NLP) into the training of police prosecutors
to enhance courtroom communication skills. Since then
he has continued to develop innovative training programs

of the underpinning theory with practical application
supported by NLP that leads to outstanding results.
